Terms of Sale:
New Accounts: We require deposit or pre-payment for all opening orders. The balances are due prior to shipping unless advance payment (cashier’s check, money order, company check, or credit card) has been made with an approved credit application on file with Goodview Industries Co., Inc.

Established Accounts: Terms of Sales are net 30 from ship date. Past due balances are assessed at a finance charge of 1.5% per month. Monthly statements will not be sent, please pay from your invoice. All returned checks are subject to a $25.00 service charge each.

Ordering: Orders must be placed by authorized purchase order letter, email or fax with company contact person information. We do not process any verbal order.

Price:
Class: 5C. Including one color, one location imprint. All prices are F.O.B. shipping point. Due to volatility in the import market, all prices and minimums are subject to change without notice.

Below Minimum: Add $33.35(F) for less than minimum quantity order. Please call for absolute minimum.

Imprinting Charges:
Screen Set-Up: $46.00(F) per color. For repeat orders we charge $13.00(F) per color.

Additional Colors/Locations: Please add $0.46(F) to unit price for each additional imprint color or location.

Artwork: Camera ready artwork should be provided by the buyer. $59.00(F) per hour if artwork is to be adjusted by Goodview.

Typesetting: $10.00(F) for up to two lines (up to eight words) in-house style typesetting.

Pantone Color Matching System: No extra charge for PMS color matching. Colors are matched as close as possible. No guarantee for identical color matching. Additional $0.135(F) per piece for metallic colors.

Color Separation: Color separated artwork is required for multi-color imprints. We charge $19.50(F) for each color separation.

Sample Policy:
Random Samples: Charged at 50 pieces quantity net price plus shipping.

Spec Samples: Call to get a quote.

*Attention: If spec sample order results in a future order, only a repeat screen set up rate of $13.00(F) will apply to the future order as long as there are no changes to the artwork.

Production:
Paper Proof: No Charge.

Preproduction Sample: Call to get a quote.

Normal Production Time: Nine business days for imprinted stock items. Multi-color imprints or large quantity orders may need extra working time. Non-imprinted in stock items can be shipped the same business day if order is placed before 2:00 pm pacific standard time.

Rush Order Services: Same day (Please call), one to six day rush services are available for a reasonable fee. Please call for further information.

Shipping:
FOB Point: Hayward, Ca

Freight: Freight cost is the responsibility of the buyer. We will ship on your designated carrier if we could, or offer an alternative. If no carrier is specified, we will ship the most economical way using our own discretion. We are not responsible for any delay, damaged, or lost shipments shipped by any carrier.

Split Shipment: We allow 3 location split shipments for each order at no charge and $5.00 net per additional location thereafter.

Claims:
Report all claims, defects, and damage to our sales office within 7 business days on receipt of merchandises. No claim can be made after this period. In case of damages, you must also notify the carrier for a damage inspection.

Returns:
Only blank items can be returned in good state within 7 business days after receipt of merchandise. No returns for custom or made to order blank items. In case of return, a prior authorization number should be obtained from us or it will not be accepted. A 15% re-stocking fee will be assessed on all returns in good state unless it is the result of our error or the merchandise is proved defective.

Cancellation:
All orders placed are considered firm. A cancellation fee of 15% ~ 35% will apply, depending on how much work has been done when the order is cancelled. The minimum is $30.00net. Custom or Overseas orders will have material purchased as additional fee for the buyer.

Legal Matters:
*We reserve the right to refuse any client’s request or order.
*We reserve the right to modify, improve, and redesign products without prior notice.
*We are not liable for any delay or inability to deliver goods by any carrier once the shipments have been picked up.
*We are not responsible for any false advertising of our products including pricing by any distributor or any other party.
*Product warranty is 30 days from the date of shipment but not including batteries. We are not responsible for any improper use of our products by any party.
*Buyers submitted artwork for any order placed agree not to take any legal action against Goodview Industries Co., Inc. for any damage as the result of using such artwork.
*We are not responsible for any misprints in our catalog.
