Terms of Sale:
New Accounts: We require deposit or pre-payment for all opening orders. The balances are due prior to shipping unless advance payment (cashier’s check, company check, or credit card) has been made with an approved credit application on file with Goodview Industries Co., Inc.
Established Accounts: Net 30 from the ship date would be set up depending on the company's credit check and references. Past due balances are assessed at a finance charge
of 1.5% per month. Monthly statements will not be sent, please pay from your invoice
provided via email or USPS mail. All returned checks are subject to a $25.00 service charge
each..
Processing Fees: Orders place with an amount that exceed $2,000.00 will be subject to a processing fee of 3%. This charge would align with payment made with a Visa or
MasterCard. Orders placed for any amount paid via American Express will be subject to a
processing fee of 3.5%.
Order Policy: Orders must be placed via email or fax with the company contact information. We do not process phone orders. If you are not contacted by our office the same day an
order is placed within our business hours please contact our office. For made to order items
at our overseas factory, when placed all material is orders so a full commitment is made to
the qty placed with or without proof approval. Once a proof is approved no changes can be
made and/or the PO can not be cancelled. Changes to be made to orders in house must be
requested in writing and approved by our production team.
Unit Price:
Class: 5C. Including one color, one location imprint. All prices are F.O.B. shipping point. Due to volatility in the import market, all prices and minimums are subject to change without notice.

Imprinting Charges:
Screen Set-Up: $46.00(F) per color. For repeat orders we charge $13.34(F) per color.*Costs will vary per product/ imprint size, call or email to confirm.
Additional Colors/Locations: Please add $0.80(F) to unit price for each additional imprint color or location.
Artwork: Camera ready artwork should be provided by the buyer. $59.00(F) per hour if artwork is to be adjusted by Goodview.
Typesetting: $20.00(F) for up to two lines (up to eight words) in-house style typesetting.
Pantone Color Matching System: No extra charge for PMS color matching. Colors are matched as close as possible. No guarantee for identical color matching. Additional $0.40(F) per piece for metallic colors.
Color Separation: Vectored outlined art is required for multi-color imprints. We charge an art fee $19.50(F) for each color separation. This fee may vary depending on the art details/
Sample Policy:
Random Samples: Charged at 50 pieces quantity net price plus shipping.
Spec Samples: Call to get a quote. QUR
*Attention: If spec sample order results in a future order, only a repeat screen set up rate of $20.00(F) will apply to the future order as long as there are no changes to the artwork.
Production:
Paper Proof: No Charge.
Preproduction Sample: Call to get a quote. QUR
Normal Production Time: 9 business days for imprinted stock items. Multi-color imprints or large quantity orders may need extra working time. Call or Email for more information. Non-imprinted in stock items can be shipped the same business day if order is placed before 2:00 pm pacific standard time.
Rush Order Services: Some can be the same day. 1 to six 6 rush services are available for a reasonable fee. Please call for further information.
Shipping:
FOB Point: Hayward, Ca. We accept 3rd party shipper #'s for domestic shipments. Aired shipments from overseas must be billed shipping. Shipping to be quoted upon the formal request.
Freight: For domestic shipments freight cost is the responsibility of the buyer. We will ship on your designated carrier if we could, or offer an alternative. If no carrier is specified, we will ship the most economical way using our own discretion. We are not responsible for any delay, damaged, or lost shipments shipped by any carrier. There is also a fee for address corrections in transit. Fees vary and are provided by the carrier and billed to the shipper.
Split Shipment: We allow 3 location split shipments for each order at no charge and $7.00 net per additional location thereafter.
Claims:
Report all claims, defects, and damages to our sales office within 5 business days of delivery
of merchandise. No claim can be made after this period. In case of damages, you must also
notify the carrier for a damage inspection. In the case of damages in transit a claim must be
filed with the carrier and they will determined the credit received. Insurance will carriers will
only be purchased if requested on the formal PO provided. .
Product Images/ Novelty Painted Products:
Some images displayed on this site may differ slightly from the actual products in terms of color, finish, or size. Variations can occur due to differences in lighting, individual monitor settings, or slight discrepancies in mass production, as each item is handcrafted. Additionally, some of our products are hand-painted overseas, which may result in minor imperfections. These imperfections, such as overspray, uneven
paint application, or slight variations in detail, are part of the handmade process and are
considered acceptable quality. Since the painting process is handled at the factory, we are
unable to control these variations within our warehouse. As a result, we cannot accept claims
related to color or paint quality.
Returns:
No returns are accepted for blank or custom made orders. In the case of a return due to our
error, a prior authorization number should be obtained from us or it will not be accepted. A 15% re-stocking fee will be assessed on all returns in good state unless it is the result of our error or the merchandise is proved defective.
Cancellation:
All orders placed are considered final and cannot be canceled without confirmation and
approval from our production team. Orders already in production are not eligible for
cancellation. If an order is canceled, a cancellation fee will apply, regardless of whether proof
approvals have been provided. The fee amount will vary based on the progress of the work
at the time of cancellation, with a minimum fee of $43.75(F). For custom or overseas orders,
cancellations must be discussed with our team prior to confirmation, as materials for these
orders are procured in advance and in bulk. Please contact our team for any inquiries regarding cancellations. .
Legal Matters:
*We reserve the right to refuse any client’s request or order.
*We reserve the right to modify, improve, and redesign products without prior notice.
*We are not liable for any delay or inability to deliver goods by any carrier once the shipments have been picked up.
*We are not responsible for any false advertising of our products including pricing by any distributor or any other party.
*Product warranty is 30 days from the date of shipment but not including batteries. We are not responsible for any improper use of our products by any party.
*Buyers submitted artwork for any order placed agree not to take any legal action against Goodview Industries Co., Inc. for any damage as the result of using such artwork.
*We are not responsible for any misprints in our catalog.
